Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting our customer support team.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds are offered only for defective, damaged, or wrong products received.
To qualify, items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact.
No refunds on sale/discounted items or customized products.
Process
Email or call our support team within 48 hours of delivery for refund/return requests.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Replacement - 'Replacement orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
