Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting our customer support team.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

  • Refunds are offered only for defective, damaged, or wrong products received.

  • To qualify, items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact.

  • No refunds on sale/discounted items or customized products.

Process

  • Email or call our support team within 48 hours of delivery for refund/return requests.

  • Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

 Replacement - 'Replacement orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
